You’ll love it because of the location. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, big groups, and furry friends (pets).
Security/damage deposit of €250 is payable by Pay Pal and will be returned in full providing the apartment is returned in a respectful condition.

A perfect oasis in Marbella, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, this Resort offers everything you need for a relaxed lifestyle in the sun. Ideally located in the sought after Marbella East area, within walking distance from some of Marbella’s finest beaches and beach venues, along with an array of conveniences, this stunning development offers beautiful Mediterranean lifestyle and a wealth of superb onsite facilities.
The spacious split-level townhouse with sunny terraces are cocooned amongst beautifully manicured lawns with 2 large swimming pools edged by attractive sunbathing decks. Additional features that complete this perfectly located development include onsite restaurants, an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a children’s play area and a concierge service.
Set within a prime Marbella location, surrounded by several golf courses, this Resort development offers a truly unique holiday home with all the conveniences on its doorstep.
The property is new from October 2016, comes fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard with all new appliances, TV's etc.
Walking distance to shops, amenities and to Cabopino beach/marina where you will find a number of excellent restaurants and Chiringuito and you can walk/cycle along the coastal boardwalk all the way to La Cala de Mijas and beyond. Cabopino has reputedly the one of the best beaches on the coast with acres of silky sun-kissed sand a short walk from the resort.
You could survive here quiet easily without a car.
Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Fuengirola are all within 15 minutes drive.
Malaga Airport and Estepona are 30 minutes drive.
The cosmopolitan Malaga City is 40 minutes away
This area is littered with numerous things for you to do and is why it is one of my favourite resorts. I have sold a number of units here.

30 minutes from Malaga Airport or 50 minutes from Gibraltar.
On the A7, access to and from everywhere is simple.

Other things to note
We offer many other services from airport transfer to arranging entire itinerary.
We run a full Real Estate service if you are interested in owning your own piece of paradise in the sun!
For infant guests we do supply cot and high chair but do NOT supply linen or towels.
Due to the number of special requests and ensuing complaints regarding our inability to fulfil unreasonable requests we have no option to but to stand back and insist that parents supply their own linen/towelling

A security/damage deposit of €250 will be requested prior to arrival by PayPaI/Bizum
Providing the apartment is returned in an acceptable condition the deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure.
